Nana and Papa bought Vash a standing bouncer when he was a about 4 months old. He loved that thing so much that he's actually having a hard time watching Rhyla enjoy it so much now. Any way, Vash currently has an affinity for Birds and Air planes. Burr and Pane! He calls them. Well, when Vash used to stand in that bouncer he would stare at the bird and reach his little hand up so tenderly as if it were a living thing and he wanted it to trust him. Craig and I still vividly remember that chubby little cupped hand trying to charm the little "Burr" down.
You'd never think such a small child would understand that it was fragile and needed to be treated with care. But that's Vash. Always surprising us and surpassing our expectations.
