Pack Rat

This is still ongoing, but memory serves me that Vash has always been a bit of a pack rat. When he loves something, he doesn't only not want to let it go, but he wants every version of the thing he loves and it has to come with him everywhere. Like the binky. He use to want to carry every binky we owned with him, everywhere. He'd keep them in a plastic bag and trade out the one he was sucking on occasionally. (Truth be told he still wants all the binkies, we just don't let him have them.) For a while it was puzzles. I remember he carried this Farm puzzle with him any where we went when he was 1 year old. It was only three pieces so he could do it easily and he wanted to show everyone. Then he figured out his water creatures puzzle and that had to come too. We'd have a plastic bag full of puzzles and their pieces and he'd bring them along. Once it was all his Pooh things. They also traveled in plastic bags. Then it was his coloring things for a while. All crayons and all papers never left his side. They even came to the grocery store. And for the longest time it was cups! He had to have like ten cups with him at all times! Right now it's his toy cars. He has a Cars backpack that Papa got him and he loads that thing up with cars and carries it all over. Every car he sees has to come along.  No car left behind. Ha ha.

Rhyla is a little more simple. Doesn't care for a binky that much. Only wants a cup if it's filled with gatorade. Blankets are only for bedtime. Yep, just give her the lamb and she's happy.
